Both are valid reactions for both types of officers.
question, is it legal for her to remove his firearm if he is able to carry it? one time I got pulled over because I had a tail light out. the cop noticed I had pepper spray in the door. he reached in and grabbed the pepper spray and said he would give it back after the stop. I was like yeah sure no problem bro. he didn't give me a ticket or anything and then gave me back the pepper spray but it just felt kind of weird like my rights were violated
I can't believe what I just saw. you never let another person touch your weapon.
He plain as day gave her consent in the video. So what are we complaining about? please tell me all about it.
so officers need to put their guns on the hood or ground if they take off ours.
2nd cop was happy u weren’t a bad guy
she's a woman. 😁😁😁...
illegal search and seizure easy lawsuit
That first man violated his 2nd amendment rights
Nope u do not touch my gun
In most states — including California — yes, an officer can temporarily take (disarm) a legally carried firearm during a traffic stop, even if the person is fully licensed and not doing anything wrong. This isn’t considered a seizure in the “taking your gun away forever” sense. It’s a temporary safety measure courts have repeatedly allowed. --- 🔹 Why officers are allowed to do this Courts have ruled that during a lawful traffic stop, an officer is allowed to: - Control the scene for safety - Temporarily disarm a person if the officer reasonably believes it’s necessary - Hold the firearm until the stop is over This comes from the same legal authority that allows officers to order drivers out of the car or pat someone down if they believe there’s a safety risk.
Cop has just as much right to reach for yours as you do theirs! If you’re legal, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR FIREARM.
in the word of every officer who's ever pulled me over after I turned 18 "you dont reach for your i wont reach for mine" me " I wanna go home just like you after this stop" they always laugh and relax a bit
I used to ride a bike everywhere. I’d let police know that I was carrying but I’d never let them touch the gun. It stayed in my shoulder holster inside my jacket.
that female should make us nervous
Tulsa cops get scared if you sneeze
no its illegal for her to do what she did.
