it looks like they did a horrible job😂 but all they have to do is change their business name in that business would no longer be responsible, but she can still Sue these guys for the damage. the only thing the law let you do is put a lien against their house after you get the verdict and you should always have a high interest in the contract in case they don't pay so you get a big payout when that house sells cuz they don't live for forever and kids love to sell their parents house for some reason

I don't blame them at all for doing that to the customer,cause we had a customer try that with us professional siding crew which was very ignorant of them because we took everything down that we did,&but about half way of taking everything down and then customer came out with money but we told him it will be extra now so he ended up paying $800 extra than original cost,and I bet he won't try that again with any crew after that incident!!!
