I used to be a food prep at a restaurant, cleaning dishes , pots, prepping food from freezer and fridge slicing and dicing vegetables and other assorted foods. One day I nearly chopped one of my fingers off , blood everywhere and on food . The chef was very hasty to fulfill short orders. Needless to say I didn’t wash onions properly threw them in to get cooked and served….
