If you hit a cop that was on duty what amount of jail time would you get? Add tampering with evidence since he lied about getting hit first and falsified a police statement. Also carrying a deadly weapon at the time of the incident. So three months and had to quit that police department, that's all he got. Wow seems like he is still being backed by that badge.
