AND she's like 28 or 29 years old. she's a walking legal prodigy. this particular video ended up ripping apart Philadelphias drug unit to the tune of multiple law enforcement either fired or arrested and the entire police forces SOP brought completely down and rewritten from scratch. these particular 3 officers, 2 quit really soon after this incident to keep from being named in the indictment and the lead Sargeant going to jail I believe.

She is absolutely 💯 percent correct. The fourth amendment states that law enforcement has to serve you with a warrant before entry to your home. law enforcement also has to tell you what the warrant is issued for so you can secure anything that does not have to do with their search

I had noticed a Jeep parked across the street, then they moved it down the street, and then back across the street. It had multiple antennas, which is why I noticed it. My husband had been working in the garage and came inside and announced he had to lie down. I heard this loud tapping in the front door. I checked through the window. I had a US Marshall looking for my niece that has NEVER lived with me. One of them was already in my backyard, they had a search warrant. I told them “she has NEVER lived here”! He said “doesn’t matter we can search your home with our search warrant ! I let him know “my husband was sleeping in the TV room and if they wake him up , we will have a war “ ! With that, they left. Big idiots!
