No it's a grinder like a corn grinder. The last thing he put in was a screen that has holes rhe size of the the materials he wants as the finished product. Those blades spin round and round while material feeds in and those blades beat on it as it bounces around it breakes up and when its the size to go through the screen it falls through the holes then down through the sqare hole in the bottom thats on the other side of screen.
