Or certified executive chef by the ACF for 40 years certified in 1998 have a food lover animal lover and just love going out to eat and having a good time very down to earth H stuck up people and worked in Austin and San Antonio for 20 years after 40 years of work. I retired and here I am. I've been an executive chef since 19 84 and I've worked at the Omni sous chef I've worked at SeaWorld I was the executive chef they're fine dining restaurant in San Antonio I opened up several properties and austin I was also the chef for the convention center at San Antonio and the University of Texas alumni Center also for Motorola so I've got a pretty good background like I say I'm down the Earth and the only thing I hate is people in the food business that think they've seen it all.
