millennials the greatest generation we're right in the middle not too old not too young
this just brings up the topic of inflation and the silent and baby boomers aren't ready to talk about how their houses were 20,000$ and now they are 200,000$. make it make sense. amount of income compared to them numbers yeah, older generations had it made. you could actually afford your homes. rent these days is 1/10th of what you had to pay for your whole house to own it. now if you want to own a house good luck. every generation goes through their ups and downs but housing seems to be the biggest factor imo
My workplace is having a major issue with Gen Z... Almost everyone we hire has to be taught how to use a computer... We laugh because they are the "Digital first" generation, but if it's not a phone they are absolutely clueless.
Gen X we were groomed at a very young age to be independent at five we had keys to the house at 7 we knew how to cook an do hair.. at 10 we were babysitting at 10 -12 we were also leaving dawn in the summer time to go hang out with our friends and being back at street lights on.. and don't forget we used to go to the store for our grandparents which are the silent generation or the baby boomers to get cigarettes and alcohol with a note. and also raised by The neighbors water hoses and other people's food just to gain our energy

it all went down hill from millennial on.
we literally had to stop hiring people born after 1996 because they seem to know everything in their minds but can't read a tape measure much less how to remove a nail with a Hammer...to them if they show up to work on time their job is done for the day to be fair it not all in that age range but it's enough to make us look for older folks

Be a manager at a corporation, talent is slimming, turnover rates are increasing with the younger generation. Costing businesses millions in extra expenses. I’ve been with a trillion dollar company and multiple billion dollar companies and it’s the same no matter the size. No accountability and privileged gen Z’s are what we have to look forward to.
