Please quit saying that Mississippi is racist and that most white people are racist. Have you spent much time here? The majority of us white people don’t care about color. We care about behavior. I spent the afternoon at the funeral of a man i’ve been friends with since the late 70s. He was black. I sat with VERY dear friends that happen to be black. They’ve been my friends since I was 13. I’m now 65. Telling the whole country that we’re racist makes people hate us before they even meet us.

Mississippi isn't a racist state. That's a past historical statement. Most cities have overcome the problem and that's a biased idea. Which could bring the problem back to whoever the guy is. But all counties of Mississippi wouldn't agree with your statement about Mississippi and according to the county the guy is located in the city is not gonna past it for him to do so. All cause racism are against the law in Mississippi

you sound crazy if he want to live like that let him I can tell you one thing for sure not all black people want to live in a all black community I sure don't we are trying to move forward not backwards I don't live in an all black community and wouldn't want to you go look in neighborhoods that are predominantly black then go look in a diverse neighborhood look at the schools streets stores and the upkeep come back and let me know which one you rather live in 💞

I happen to live in one of these areas where colored folks aren't supposed to be after dark. No clue what happens but durn sure don't want to find out. We all are the same skin color shouldn't matter. Its all in your heart if your heart is sour I have no place for you but these sweet hearts I find im the area proves skin color is nothing. Its on you if you want to do the racist crap

I am originally from New Orleans,La. but moved to MS. for work and I am about 15mins. or so from the border sign of both states so maybe that is why it is not as bad, but just on my block itself are white people except for two homes and guess what?? Those two homes are THE ONLY ONES that we associate with! They come over, we go there, etc.-the other houses barely wave!!🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s insane! But I do think a lot of people may mistake MS. bc of that movie MS. Burn!! But I could be wrong-and also, THOSE FREAKING FLAGS!! Those need to be ILLEGAL!! SMDH!!👍🏼

Oh I think not about race but perhaps a religious community. Not a town just a small area. I am a very devout Catholic and that would be nice. In Boston we spent the weekend with fellow Catholic Knights. Large group in a hotel. Ate together and prayed together. It was so amazing. In the church we have all colors. We don’t have separation

There's a group of whites doing this in Arkansas called the RTTL(Return To The Land). There's also a group of blacks doing the same thing in Georgia called Freedom, GA. Why does it matter? It's their right.

We all want to be together and have fun.No matter who you are, but the truth is, we do live in communities that look like ourselves. Its not because anyone's racist , we all like our own people . It's proven everywhere , we all live with neighbors that look like us. Black, white, yellow or purple. Chinatown is an example of people living in a community with same race.

I say let him, but he needs to close it off and put up huge signs that says whites only so people won't accidentally drive through it and get killed for that reason. He should only run that town and not bother others who's not bothering him or members of his town.

Mississippi isn't a racist state. I'm sorry you feel that way. let's lookat what the democratic party has offered instead. democrats are the new slave owners yet most impoverished people continue to vote for them in Mississippi. specifically, let's call out Bennie Thompson. he's a black representative from Mississippi representing a large chunk of historically impoverished blacks. how many years has he been in office now??? Yet, while he grows wealthier, the Mississippi delta remains impoverished with high crime rates. why has he not negotiated to bring more jobs into the area? I believe he only cares about fattening his wallet and to heck with his constituents. yet, yall continue to vote him in. why?

whomever this man is, let him build his community. this way the rest of us know where they are and can avoid them. the fact he wishes to live in ignorance will be sorted out at the pearly gates.

History matters! There is nothing wrong with him building his own community. When other communities build their own communities that flourish! Don’t burn down others communities. All people want to is left alone. If fair investments were given to all. People would not minding living separate as we have throughout history. Stop running railroads, highways through our neighborhoods and stop burning down our neighborhoods when they become thriving communities!

Let them do this if they really feel in their heart to do it. However, when they're successful building their own community, can it then be described as a "Sun Down" town? I mean quite honestly speaking, because Caucasians have a negative history concerning what they've done to African Americans AND Native Americans, and way too many continue to inflict hurt, pain and suffering on others, AND they continue to dismiss their toxic history, most of us African Americans actually prefer not to interact or engage in any conversation with them. So, go ahead and let Caucasians build their own "cushioned" community and just leave other folks alone.

Those communities don’t believe in God. There is no separation. People learn. They don’t plan on seeing God. God don’t see color.
