OK very few people actually have zip ties on them at any given moment and we’re talking about a percent of people that’s less than one percent of the population and probably 95% of that percentage that has it ties on them have them for purposes that are dangerous Such as pedophiles, abductors and rapist! cops have them all the time even undercover cops, including many detectives, and federal agents as well. Many federal employees have them, but as far as civilians very few and the majority of those have them for the wrong reason.

This pissed my brother off so bad he would walk through the parking lot, grabbing carts because one hit his brand new truck and fucked it up really bad because of the wind blew a shopping cart into his truck did thousands of dollars with damage! If it wasn’t before he had collision, it wouldn’t have gotten fixed. He had to pay for it.
