Judge Fletcher Brooks no bullshittery in his court. From either side. He is truly defending his community with his position honestly. If you do bad. He punishes you to the letter of the law. If you defy court orders he WILL revoke your bond and put your happy ass in jail. If, on the other hand, you are falsely or purposefully arrested against the law as written, he will stop that nonsense as well. He seems to do his best to protect his community from criminals AND misuse of the law enforcement power.
If the driver didnt say it was his, Yes the person that is close gets the rap. Thats the way its always been. The glove box though, yeah thats the drivers.

We need more judges like this.But in the same talking to these cops should not have arrested a person who's sitting in the d*** cars.Weed was in the car.They're not even on the other car, you're just a driver.You don't know, sometimes you're getting in somebody's car.They don't necessarily gotta tell you what's in their car.They're just giving you a ride
