That’s elderly abuse, she needs her nursing license taken and charges pressed against her. “Take care of your elderly at home.” NO. If you are a CNA or home health then DO YOUR JOB. 👏 or don’t get a career where taking care of others is a requirement.

People here talk so negative about overworked workers. I’m not making an excuse. I’m not saying what she’s doing is right but when you have 20 and 30 residents on your plate while family members can just watch their loved ones at home people need to see that they take care of your loved ones
I am a CNA I been in this field for 18 years now and it gets frustrating dealing with these kind of residents what she should have done is have the lady recording or a white nurse to look out for the patient but by looking at the video the CNA or nurse was frustrated but also you don't know the full story either the lady recording is wrong she wasn't suppose to show resident face so she violated her rights as well healthcare is very and I do mean very strict CNA are the backbone of the nursing home

this is elderly abuse. my Mom was abused by an Ade. she was caught. reported lost her license. never to be able to work with any vulnerable adult or child again. the facility had security cameras on. the sad part is cameras are not allowed in residents rooms. privacy reasons. it is up to families to install them. this is very sad. and makes me sick to my stomach. and it happens more than U would like to think it does. and worse. serial adult is also prevalent.
