My sister-in-law worked at McDonald’s and she said the best way to get fresh french fries is to tell them you don’t want salt,then they have to make you new ones, just sharing!
I used to work at McDonald's many years ago if a customer asks for fresh fries or no salt fries u are supposed to accommodate her request..with out attitude... In our McDonald's they had a framed sign saying The customer is always right...

Cook at home.That way the fries will be as fresh as wanted.Working in fast food is. already stressful enough,in walks her, taking bout' what she paid for.She can also pay for then at the grocery store & cook them at home or go elsewhere!

Why would any manager allow an employee to respond to a customer that way. She was standing right next to the employee and didn't say anything. Managers are worst than the employees to allow that type of behavior.
