thats krazy how many people think its the cars fault .the bus made his turn across 2 lanes and into the third .you are supposed to turn into the lane closest to you and only use one lane .unless your making a wide turn in a truck or bus but then you have to wait till its clear

depends.. if the car had a green arrow, the bus is at fault because bus would have been making a right turn on red. if the white car had just a green light and no arrow, the bus would have had a green light as well and the car would be at fault for invading the buses right of way.
