Did that truck pull up to close ? Didn't the truck pull up to close to the road cause the van couldn't see the car ?

Where do people get the idea that the van driver was outside the van pushing it onto the highway?

I believe the van was in the wrong, however, the car was going way to fast for the situation.

Van is wrong, he should of waited behind the tanker truck, then when the truck moved he could of seen if another vehicle was coming then he could of pulled out safely

The car was in his lane following the law (you can’t tell if it is speeding-if he was speeding that still mean it’s 100% his fault) the van should’ve slowly pulled out and from a greater distance away from truck!!! THE SEMI TRUCK IS THE WRONG ONE IN THIS SITUATION!!!!!!!! He NEVER should park so close to and ENTRY/EXIT - Boom

I think the van driver was pushing his van into the road! And didn’t look both ways before going on to the roadway! So it’s his fault!

Look at the markings on the floor. It's not an intersection or driveway. The van shouldn't have entered the road. Much less without making sure the road was clear from behind the parked truck. 😳
