I would hug the girl and tell the pervert to go away after taking his picture. Then I would call 911 and also the parents who are there with their children about him and show them the picture. I am 81 and handicapped so my trying to protect the child might not scare him but my lungs are fine and I would scream as loud as I could so the parents would see him.
