The first one says the keyword, free. Its not free all. 50% taxes and 22 to 27% VAT. So Sweden the Healthcare works fairly well cause everyone works. They have no welfare or actual unemployment. But here's the catch, a school teachers pay is regulated. They get 60,000 a year and half goes to taxes. So they are living on 30,000 . Thats why they have to live close to work and ride bicycles . They cant afford a car and will likely never own a home. Sweden population is 8 million about the same as NYC. Other larger countries the system is failing. It a terrible in England and no longer sustainable.
