Yo , 420 guy . You must really be stoned to tip that much . You tip on the total amount of the food and liquids. Not multiplied by the number of the party . But I would love to wait on you and your friends . Smoke'm if you got 'em !

If a restaurant owner can’t afford to pay his employees he should go out of business.

If you as a waitperson can't accept 15% go get a job that pays a full wage. You know, ride a garbage truck!

Hey! Tip employees how did the restaurants business get away with subsidizing salaries with tips? Because, the law should be add “BONUS” to employees worker. Let’s add “BONUSES” to the equation!!! 🙏🏼

If the waiters cant live on $2 per hour, they need a different job. It isnt anyone's responsibility to supplement their income. They chose that job.

You spend an hour to an hour and a half having dinner, lunch, etc. Where does it say I have to tip 40 bucks an hour.

40%? No way. If you do your job, you should get 20%. If you do a really good job, 25%. Not 40%, that's crazy. At least for me as a retired person.

40%??? You are a Waiter. and very Presumptive. I ussually end up giving above 20% because I usually get very good service at the places I go. but it is based upon the quality of service and 40% is an insane expectation! you are trying to turn a job that takes nothing more than on the job training into a 100K a year career. just cause you say it doesn't make it right!!
