Thank you. Smoking and drinking was my MO in my twenty’s. I am pushing sixty now, and I am so grateful to my family helping me to be a healthy older lady, (no smoking, no drinking).
She really used to be a sweet girl from Tennessee, but now I an’t really see that person any, anymore. Sad. Too tough.

yes alcohol is a definitely hard on the vocal chord. The ethanol erodes the cords due the caustic effect. Plus the smoking exacerbate it. But the alcohol is just as bad if not worse than smoking.

Probably only been sober since the night before. And, if she had vocal surgery, I think they put a Man's Vocal Chords up in there, cause she be having a Deep Ass Voice Now.
Everyone, mostly, grows up and sees life differently. I grew up knowing that was the thing that we were supposed to do...grow up, become our own person with our own beliefs. We are who we are based on our failures.
