this happens in China because their government has built without restrictions and infact has inflated their economy on a housing market that is never coming look it up Chinese ghost cities not too mention a lot of the construction companies operate like Japanese businesses that go up and collapse the same day or defunct or lose all the investments they received from the Chinese people

I guess that extra section of bridge span we got sitting in storage won’t go to waste after all, and look it fit perfectly, almost like it was made specifically for that spot.
