My dream is to have a double on some acres , so I could put some more trailers , so my kids getting be by me and we can all put in work for a garden and have our own guns to keep us all safe at each point of property. Don't want to rely on Walmart for everything but rely on the land God provided for us. When Walmart wants to sell girl clothes that look like grown folks that show to much skin but then the women clothes is Disney cartoons stuff and then selling vibrates having them out where kids can see. not even behind pharmacies where it should be. Other thing is, when the government makes it where there's no more cash that it's all on card.That once we don't take the market to Beast, we will not be allowed in the store.N if this islam stuff happens over here , it makes

I have said that I refuse to live in a trailer, but I have been in some trailers that are as nice as homes or waasyyyyyy nicer so I’m not against that anymore. I just need it to be planted down. I’m in Oklahoma. Tornadoes will take my shit away.

You owning your property as opposed to being neck deep in payments and debt for the next 20 or 30 yrs already put you ahead of the curb 😅😅😅

Are you kidding me? I used to set up mobile homes for a living and the ones they have nowadays are nice. They got triple wide they got four wide. They got ones that stacked on top of each other. Some of them you can’t even tell their mobile homes and they are a whole lot cheaper Taxes are a lot cheaper too.

Many modular homes are very nice . It makes sense to build homes in factories. No weather concerns . They buy materials in bulk prices . They are built to meet building standards nationwide . Many have 2 by 6 inch walls with think insulation . Stick built houses aren’t all that great . Depending on builder . Many cut corners and are undependable . Would you have a car built in your driveway or in a factory ?
I’d love to have 5 acres and a double wide! I miss living in the country. My brother has 30 acres and a double wide totally paid for-so he retired early. You don’t have to defend your life choices-the goal is to be DEBT FREE-not to live in a mansion!
