This judge has more respect for people than you do in your tiny little finger. You better show respect to him and the other people in the court or your gonna find out just like this guy did and only got yelled at and not a contempt charge. He is a fair judge but don't test him. I think he is great, fair, honest. Be honest with him, he will be honest with you.
This is the problem we have now in this country. The lack of understanding for respect for the law. The judge wields the law. You may not have respect for the judge but you will have respect for the law. He could have given him 90 days. Keep playing. Contempt of court is a real thing.

It kills me when people say respect is earned but be the same ones saying “why don’t the Black people just comply to the police officers, so what if the officers are disrespectful “ BTW, respect isn’t the ultimate it’s the minimum. Respect is the least courtesy we give. We enter a a house or business and we greet people, we accidentally bump someone we say excuse, someone holds the door for you, you say thank you. We put way too much on this you earn respect. Respect is a general expectation, think about that.

I had this judge and OHH MY GOODNESS I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM. HE was so kind and funny. When he saw my husband, he asked how long we had been married. I told him 27 years and together DOUBT. 33 years. Then I replied " IMAGINE THAT, AND HE'S STILL ALIVE. " EVERYONE WAS LAUGHING, INCLUDING HIM. THEN TELLS ME I CAN'T SAY THAT, CAUSE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS, THEY'LL LOOK AT ME. EVERYONE HAD A GREAT LAUGH 😃 HE'S A NONSENSE JUDGE AND GIVES YOU THE BENEFIT OF the doubt. I HAVE SO MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT FOR HIM.
