What is frustrating is when a certain image gets pushed and normalized—sagging pants, showing underwear, reckless behavior—and then people act surprised when others judge the whole group off a loud minority. That doesn’t represent everyone, and it definitely doesn’t represent you. Respect, discipline, and carrying yourself with pride still matter. A lot of young folks have adopted trends without understanding how they’re perceived or the consequences that come with them. Calling that out isn’t hate—it’s accountability. You’re talking about standards, not stereotypes. And there’s nothing wrong with that at all.
