Judge was dead wrong. She doubled down and threw him out of the courtroom because she knew she was wrong
nothing wrong with what he said, until he said he was born with it.
Doctors are so arrogant & that’s why I can’t stand the majority of them. They aren’t in medicine because they care about you, they are in it for the money & prestige. I’ve worked with them for 30 years & surgeons are the absolute WORST!

I mean he went to school for almost 10 years to be called doctor. you don't even have to go to anything but law school and pass a bar and be liked to be a judge.
She’s a power trip. She didn’t care for being called out on a double standard intelligently. He maintained his professionalism, she behaved like a child. If this were shown to a review board to renew her term, it would certainly be a demerit on her.

I think it’s unprofessional of the judge to call someone honey anyways. That’s a term of endearment. That’s should be saved for loved ones or close friends not a plaintiff or defendant in a court room.

Judge Milian was absolutely wrong in her address to him...Hes not a regular joe of low education, straight off of the streets!...He's Earned a title for himself, through years of education and practice! It's Common Respect and Decency, to use that title when addressing someone who's earned it!

She should not have called him honey that inferred a familiarity that doesn't exist in court. If respect is required such as calling her your honor, then calling him doctor is also appropriate. But respect is earned, not just given, though we should be respectful of each other. It would have served him better not to try and reprement the Judge in her courtroom. I like her and her decisions.

Outside of work, most doctors don't expect or require the title in casual social situations (like at a BBQ) and often prefer their first name, as the title signifies a professional role, not a social status everywhere. This doctor probably suffers from a ‘God Complex’.
