Honestly it's none of our business. He bought it and for some reason is feeding something in the water. Why, we don't know. Why this particular spot on this bridge, we don't know. It might be for a certain or nothing at all. So in the end it's none of our business. Don't we all have enough going on in this crazy country/world we live in without worrying about some white dude 😎 throwing what looks to be chicken over a bridge into a creek/river. It was pork,didn't anyone notice the trimmed down bin laden beard ? Actually it's a trained caterpillar and a few short weeks from now a bigass moth is gonna take a crap in his piehole and take off to find another chicken chuckin' sapsucker to lay an egg on his face and start the process all over again.
