I took my granddaughter to what used to be the $1tree. I saw a lady putting stuff in her big purse as I came around the corner. she immediately slouched over her bag trying to hide what she was doing. I told an employee. She said that they couldn't do anything about it, cannot approach them or say anything. I asked why that was. She said "If we do, we could lose our job".
