I've done this before. the secret is to not follow the direction of the way the bridge Is shifting. run in a straight line. look at the start and the finish and run in a straight line going towards the finish. also, keep ur balance. like in your mind draw an invisible straight line from start to finish and follow that line. sorry if I didn't explain very well.
