did anyone find out the name of this product. I am very ill and mostly bedridden ridden and my hair is 1 big ball of tangled mess. I brush it and use my fingers to try to get rhe knotted mess to untangle but the little progress I make is undone when I fall back asleep. I dont want to have to shave my head as that would just add to the blow of my poor health

Any person over 12 knows you don't detangle by starting your comb at the top. All that accomplishes is to comb all the tangles down on top of each other. She needs to use a comb, work slowly from the bottom through sections, then you will be able to run a comb straight through.
