my turning point was 2019/2020 covid.. I voted Hilary in 16, couldn't believe trump won.. BUT GOD! opened my eyes finally, when covid started hitting, I noticed the MEDIA start to contradict themselves when it came to trump, I started catching little lies and little lies turned to big lies, and so, bc I realized the media is actually lying for the dems, I haven't voted blue since in any election, trump isn't perfect, he's not doing everything he said, but it's still better than the alternative
All of my siblings and I were raised in a Democrat household. We are all Republicans and Trump supporters. I can’t see myself EVER voting for a Democrat again. They are so corrupt! Just look at Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I had two turning points on Trump. First, during the 2016 campaign I did not support Trump. I didn't vote FOR Trump, I voted AGAINST Clinton. However, I caught the news media lying about Trump. I no longer felt negatively about Trump. The second was during the first weeks of President Trump's term. The media lost their minds because President Trump called department heads into the oval office and had them explain why they followed the policies they did. From military and public service, I knew this to be a common and well expected form if leadership and management.
Amen! Look at what BBC just did, they took 2 separate snippets from Prez Trump's Jan 6 speech, spliced them together to give a FALSE narrative..it is awful what the media has become, and it creates hostility, distrust and anger toward Trump by their BS reporting, they are no longer trustworthy journalists, they are lying propaganda machines! What was once an honorable profession is now just a crap filled cesspool!

for my children's sake I turned our TV's OFF in 2019 because all my kids were hearing was the covid death toll. 😭. still to this day we don't watch TV. media is poison and I refuse to allow it to seep into my child's brain.

Right after I became a citizen the first person I voted for president was democrat Bill Clinton and the last democrat I voted for was Hillary Clinton, I like to say I started with a Clinton and it ended with a Clinton, because I no longer trusted the Democrats and I’m not saying republicans are all good but I trust the Republicans a lot more than I trust the Democrats. To me democrats are trying to destroy this country with all the hatred that comes out of their mouths. Calling people Hitler, Nazi just because they don’t believe in something that they do. The democrats are the true party of hate and racism, they want to divide the people and their voters are falling right in line with all the hate and name calling and then get upset when we turn around and do the same to them. I went through the same experience when I decided to disown the Democratic Party. There’s nothing I can say good about any of that party’s leadership or policies.
