Nazi and genocide are not the same thing. I believe the comparisons to Hitler stem primarily from his political actions. shutting down adversarial news outlets, threatening people who disagree with him with violence, jail time, or loss of jobs. He promised to stay out of foreign affairs and concentrate on America, but continues to try expanding his empire while stating that no one will dare stop him. He has also stated several times that he will either run for an unconstitutional 3rd term, stop any further elections, or simply become a dictator. These are all things that Hitler and other authoritarians have done and are NOT typical of any other president in the last 250 years. THAT is why he gets called a Nazi. perhaps it would be more accurate to call him Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Castro, Putin, or any number of history's worst.
