That is not a stranger!!!! She literally just got out of the car. You can hear the door shut, then tells the dog she loves her and says goodbye to mom. It appears mom is dropping her off at school.

I owned a Rottweiler for 8 years. unfortunately he got sick. I bonded with him with he was days old. He was a big dog. could put his paws on my shoulder. I am 5'10". I also had a 15lb poodle. They played so well together. He knew some of our friends and he made those snarly noises. put his mouth around my arm. he never made any marks on anyone. I could go on and on about how wonderful he was. one of the best, sweetest, lovable dog I ever owned. and by the way the girl that put her hand in the car had just gotten out of the car. There was no danger there.
Never approach a dog without asking the pawrent if you may greet their dog. This person was extremely lucky not to have been bitten hard. 👍

Our dog was the gentlest except when someone knocked on the door He would be vicious until he knew who was coming in. Then someone reached through an open window and he went bananas- and snapped at the person- you should never invade a dogs space - he is protecting you!!!!
My daughter has a Rotty I babysit for frequently. She does this to me alot but she is playing when she does it. She is very gentle and releases easily. She’s very tactile and likes to feel things with her mouth. Like a kid does when they’re little. Everything goes in the mouth. But when she’s in the car, or I’m walking her and we come across strangers she is 90 mile an hour go full on in defensive mode. She will eat you alive, spit out your butthole and put it on a chain and wear it around her neck!! I advise everyone NEVER put your hand in a car like this girl did. The window was down so the dog could get fresh air, not for people to pet her. That girl is lucky she walked away unharmed. 💕

No one should ever approach a car with a large breed dog without asking if it is ok to pet. I had an American Bulldog and she did not like strangers walking up to us, assuming she's a nice dog. Even as she's standing there wagging her tail at you.
As much as I love dogs I would never put my hand through a car window to pet a dog that I don’t know!
