this is what I mean by at least, rinsing off Any meat you buy. look at this work line. if a piece of meat falls on the floor, they are NOT taking the time to wash it off. they will pick it up and put it right back on the packaging line. I keep saying, you don't know what happened to the meat before you bought it. never just take it out of the package and start cooking with it

😆 no way would I want to work in this. If 1 or 2 came to work, having a bad day, nope, nope. There are too many knives!😆 All joking aside, I would love to have just 1 knife that sharp.

Great trade. I use to cut meat and being female it's hard learning the trade because sometimes you have to learn things on your own. Atleast I did. And had to ask questions then was showed the correct cutting motion.
