PEKING DUCK ! Smoked lightly salted. It produced its own oil but deep frying it after smoking it, gives it a more roasted, less gamey flavor. I LIKED THIS WHOLE VIDEO TILL HE PLATED THE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES.

there's a corner market a few blocks from my house and in the early 00's he makes these rotisserie chickens and he would sell the whole chicken and about 10 corn tortillas and a bottle of Coke for about $10. it was worth it the spices he would put 😋,

not a glove in the place, resting bare bird skin on the outside of old metal pots on old dirty hooks.... 🤮. why do people think it's fine the oil temp will kill everything... you still have dead bugs not oil fried to the bird along with whatever is on the outside of those pots.. if they are by the end outside... contamination in every aspect of cross contamination.
