Back in 2016 when this first came out as fashion , my oldest started doing this . Everytime I'd see this ,I'd pull his pants down and said , "Son , make a decision up or down ,cuz if I see these pants half on / half off , I'm taking them down to your ankles ." Then I told him that look originated in prisons to put the word out that his ass was available. My son stopped that soon after . I won't tolerate that in my house !!

when I was in security & a guy came in with baggy pants, I gave him a pair of scissors & ask him to put a hole in his belt to pull them up. I told him the building was the headquarters of a large company & it didnt look right. He went into ohone booth & took care of it. And he thanked me.
