Have any of you naysayers ever been to a crab, crawfish, or any type of seafood boil? This is exactly how they do it. There IS paper covering the tables and most everything they're eating have shells on them anyway.
How come no table cover before dumping the seafood boil? Usually tables are covered with a white or brown paper.
I want a plate and butter, melted butter, and more napkins, and a bottle of Pinot Grigio. then I'm good.

Low country boil is served on butchers paper. I lived near the Chesapeake Bay and we used to go to a crab shack close to where I lived. You ordered crabs by the dozen small medium or large crabs and they brought them out and rolled them out on butcher paper. Broaden your horizons people. Quit be so frigid.
