The first time I saw her, I saw Down’s syndrome.
She's beautiful. But anyone should be able to look at her and tell that she has Down syndrome. I don't understand why the parents didn't already know that.

Vulnerable people really don't get the needed care, they just get pushed aside..Thanks to a dedicated family she was finally taken seriously. I have seen that a lot with working with people with developmental disabilities. Any major changes I have always reported to families or residential services. It's nice to see a positive outcome.

For all the naive people on here stating that they knew just by looking at her that she had down syndrome. her mother knew she had down syndrome. everyone knew that but they seen changes in her outside of the down syndrome diagnosis.

I’m glad u got her back but what ashame that u have to fight so hard with drs to get help they need to understand that parents may know their child better than them they get tunnel vision because they have a degree but need to listen to parents more thank God u are a fighter and fought for her so hard it’s good to have a adversary for her
