After 5 years you should expect to have all walls painted and all carpet replaced. It’s called wear and tear. Nothing was really that bad.
It won't allow me to upload a lot of pics, I made sure I got the carpet cleaned and I left my apartment CLEAN before the children and I had moved out. God gave me the strength each and every day to keep a clean place. I worked full-time, went to school and took care of my children.
after 5 years 🤔 shyt I've seen wayyyy worse than this, all I see is 5 years worth of wear and tear honestly ..
Thats good for 5 years for real. I'm a mother of 4 from 5 years old to 19 and thats just wear and tear comes with the cost.
Be happy could of been way worse
that is normal wear and tear 5 to 10 years scratches on the walls little holes here and there accidents that happen if you have children if you have pets and as a renter it is not their responsibility to repair all that stuff all they have to do is tell the landlord and they fix all that stuff maybe they didn't want the landlord in the house maybe they didn't report it but that's why they pay for security you take the money from security and you repair the things that were broken then afterwards you see if it exceeds the value and then you complain so yes normal wear and tear children pets accidents s*** happens
but who wrote that on the fridge tho 🤣🤣🤦🏾♀️
honestly I've seen much worse after 5 years it didn't look that bad at all
5 yrs? You're lucky it look that good
looks like mold probably bad owners
thats not bad......
I really don't see anything wrong
I mean I guess it depends on if the tenant had kids if it was a big family, or something honestly. maybe it was a family who had kids or someone who just isn’t that carful. I will say the holes in the wall and doors are a bit crazy. but the paint and railings are pretty normal and same with the counters
25 more years and they just paid off your whole mortgage and provided you an income .
I mean... ive seen so much worse. be thankful!
And this is why you make sure your tenants get Renters insurance! This is horrible!
Slobs!!!
idk that mold in the ceiling looks like a prolonged leaked thats never been addressed or someone overflowed the bathtub a time or two. Ive done enough remodels to know what im looking at as well.
Wear and tear...you should be replacing all carpet and painting after 5 years...
WHYYYY???!!! 😧 Ok some weathering, but this makes it SOOOOO HARD 4 the rest of us 2 rent when we don't destroy homes!!!! Me & my kids literally have NEVER left holes in walls & have left EVERY door intact- only being charged cleaning fee(even when we clean & bleach EVERYTHING!!!😫) have always received deposits back- but owners r ALWAYS skeptical 🧐 cuz of shit like this!!! RESPECT ppls property- DAM!!!
We just moved out of a 6 yr rental and we left it better then we got it. We received our deposit + $1000.
damn all these people saying not that bad and normal says alot about the type of people now days. Trashy and have no pride or care and obviously no respect
thought it would've been worse, I've seen worse after 2 to 3 years.
I always made sure before I moved out of a place that it was spotless and steam cleaned and that if anything was broken (nothing ever was surprising with 3 boys) got fixed or replaced! I also always take a video and pictures of every room before I moved in and on the day that I moved out!
I'm a property manager and I've seen a lot worse. some people have no respect it's not theirs so they don't care.
in 5 years you never inspected your asset? learn from this.
I know you didn't expect it to look new like 5yrs ago....🤔
Well I guess they’re not getting their deposit back
That’s why I only rent to people with small families church going and good credit so just white people
so basically ur a SLUM LORD,dd'nt inspect for 5 years ,SMH
Bet none of that was brand new, just tryna get more money
All the people saying normal wear and tear, how is this normal?!?! There’s holes in the walls, a chunk of countertop missing, and doors ripped off the hinges. Normal…..🤨
seems like a landlord who didn't wanna do repairs
I’ve seen a lot worse this is nothing
you wanted to be a landlord 😂
looks like five years of wear and tear- show me again - I must have missed your compliment Sir-🤨
after 5 yrs nothing will be nor is brand new lol
use better paint. and regular ware and tear
lol the threat on the fridge hahah
You made a ton of money who cares!!
So...5 years, YOU didn't think MAINTENENCE was necessary? YOU neglected the upkeep of your property? Ha, imagine that. Smh
You owe them money for having to live with the refrigerator door on the wrong way for five years.
it been 5 years it's going to be wear and tear it don't look that bad
I want to see a picture if the renters!
didn't u do inspections
That was pretty tame after 5 years. Just subtract the repairs from the deposit and return the difference if there is any and move on. That's the life of a landlord.
How often did you do an inspection
