I have a barrel drum I save my crushes can in. One night I hear a ruckus and go outside with my flashlight. I shine it in the drum and it goes quiet when the raccoon looks up at me. "I see you got yourself in a bit of a fix there" he stayed silent "I'm gonna tip the barrel over, just promise you don't run up my leg" I slowly tip it over and he strolls out like Joe Cool. Didn't even turn around to thank me He gets to the tree line and I yell back at him sarcastically, "YOU'RE WELCOME"

A friend was telling me he went out on his porch to drop something into the can next his porch, opens it and a raccoon popped up, he tried some karate move to kick the can and ends up blowing his knee out. He is currently recovering from knee replacement surgery. The raccoon still checking out what's in the can.
So, it had to happen a 2nd time and then had to watch for a third time before getting to safety? 🤔
