truly is a shame you cannot even do this in America anymore. even if you own the land. time you got done dealing with building and zoning you wouldn't want to even do the project

This takes the question, are you living under a rock?…to a new level.

Why not just build the walls up to the rock and have the rock be your roof?

Ther was a rock formation similar to that near my home in the national forest. College kids used to camp under it and party almost every weekend. They were there as normal and left on Sunday. When they came back the following weekend, it had all collapsed. I always thought the collapse was caused by the fires expanding the rock every weekend, and it cooling off during the week.

They should have took advantage of the entire space underneath that rock. It could've been so much nicer and bigger.

I would have shaped the roof more to the contour of the rock with more space upstairs. The rock would be a part of the back walls inside.

how attractive even if it's only used as a conservation officer's office. we had a beautiful woman out near Baldwin Road in Oakland township Michigan - it was the actual proprietor of a co-op of people who made their own fighter I had the long front porches and the ruff hewn outside. the inside was warm couple of fireplaces and adequate heat but when the cider went sort of the people so we did offer it to the DNR for so many months out of the year and of course they took it. the last time I was there it was still a conservation office...2023. it may not be there anymore yet--

The house is temporary. Come back in a hundred years. It will look like the house never existed, but the rock will still be there exactly like the way it looked before the house.
