ok to the ppl in the comments. yes this is assault. yes 100% she would be arrested. but for those even questioning that I truly feel sorry for u. my nephew is 5. I saw him Sunday and I was watching the nfl playoffs on my phone. he thought it was a video game or some AI i was watching. he didnt know it was real people that play a sport.
