cop, you are in big trouble. 1st off, it's a huge breech of trust to use tools from law enforcement to investigate personal matters. 2nd, you showed up to kids house on duty in uniform in order to intimidate kids father. these are huge no-no's.
The cop is using his authority, to gain information, and find out the families address, from the principal, who are both out of line! Personal information given out by the principal is a breach of privacy. He needs to be fired! He showed up in uniform, and in his police unit! He needs to be decertified, and not be a police officer, and the father should get a restraining order ! Henry’s follows him home.. harassment, under the color of law.

this reminds me of 5th grade. A kid came to my house and asked for me, when I came to the door he suckered punched me and gave me a bloody nose. My dad cleaned me up and asked who he was and if I knew where he lived. Dad and I went to kids house and my dad spoke to his dad. My dad suggested we go one one in the front yard. The other kids dad didn't want to make his kid fight. My dad explained that your kid wants to fight that's why he came to our house to fight. After several minutes of trying get the kids have a fair moment with adult supervision my dad gave the other parent final altamative. Either get your kid out front or my dad was going to kick the other kids dad's ass. We'll my dad ended up beating his ass. Well from that day on the kid no longer bullied me in school or anywhere ever again.

In a situation like this, the cop-father should be looked at. Why is he acting like one of these ridiculous overprotective mothers X2 ? Did his overprotective wife put him up to this ? Either way, he's weak. He already lost by showing up, and to show up in uniform, in a cop car w the lights going just shows extreme weakness and intention to abuse power. Worst part is his kid will never be able to shake this, nobody will respect him, nobody will like him.

This cop is wrong. I understand that he feels the need to confront the father. But he should of had the principal arrange both parents to the school to address the problem. Going to the house to confront the father can seen as an abuse of power. Using any police data or information to aquire the kids home or investigate the father is against policy and in violation of the federal NCIC .
take his qualified immunity and sue him for his personal assets

Wow, just buy this guy who is the little bullies dad by his response he was all chill about everything when he thought their kids were buddies in a minute. He found out his little bully, had done something wrong. His whole entire body language changed where if it was my child I didn’t even like hold up. Let me get them out here and let’s get this straight right now because I’m not gonna allow my child to be a bully and do anything of the sort to any child whether it’s yours or the next-door neighbors or the kid down the street I don’t care if you’re a cop or you’re a plumber down the road it doesn’t matter to me. My child‘s not gonna be bullying anybody. But see the dad’s a bully that’s why he’s OK with his kid being a bully. And the dad that’s a cop. He actually cares about his kid. That’s why he was going to that parent to parent. A lot of times the schools don’t have time or don’t care enough to handle the issue.
