i made $3.30 an hour, that cart is more than $20. the house my wife and i bought was $35,000. it was 70 years old 1,200 sq ft. one bathroom 3 bedroom no garage. the picture is more like the 1950’s

my parents built a 2 story 3 bedroom house in 79 and soup to nuts it cost around 85grand. I think you 15k is low and 20$ is low also. but I gut what your saying. also you could get a gumball from a machine for a penny and the pay phone was a dime for 3minutes local calls only.

We are very frugal and $200 for us we don’t even need a cart. 2 bags in each hand and walk out shaking our heads. But people who have all day to shop and EBT cards have full carts, and pretty nice cars, but good for them I guess.🥴
