What state was this in? Conway is a common town name in several states.
where I am, each yard is on a hill, so each one is about 10 to 12 inches higher/lower than my neighbor, so when it rains heavily, the water just flows downhill to the drain system. They do have a good one here. I guess in East Texas it is the expectation for rain. I love it!!! I recently moved from West TX where ther is little rain. However, you can't beat those Permian Basin sunsets and sunrises.

well looks like she did the right thing letting the water out of the backyard so didn't back up all the way into the house or at least it slowed it down from happening depends on how much more rain they get and how much more the river that she's by decides to go over the bank I guess
