Wow, this is why I hate living next to a Karen. He’s a snow dog. Cops should know that already but since they have to go and see what’s going on before they complete any further he has to try to resolve the problem. Yes, I think you should get a lawyer….. snow dogs love to play in the snow love to sleep outside in the snow. They’re so beautiful….. your neighbor might not understand these type of dogs. Give her a book to explain to her how snow dogs love the snow and why…..🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🫶🫶

husky, malamutes, Akitas all love to be out when it's cold. They are in much more danger in the summer of overheating if there's not a kiddy pool to cool off in

Lived in Alaska, would call my husky, a pile os snow would stand up, come in, eat, say HI, then go to the door to get back out. Educate the cops and neighbor. Your neighbor is making a false reporf fo police.

You need to calmly and gently have a conversation with your neighbor and explain about huskies. On one hand, the neighbor thinks they are doing the right thing and preventing abuse. So, I gentle lesson might help.

Build a nice dog house for the corner of your porch, stuff it with clean straw kept my pups outside for years much healthier the temp swing was 20°- to 100° I would bring them inside 80°-100° so not to over heat and used a heated water bowl and feed them more in the winter!

Going over to my gf's house in the winter, when it was snowing, I would open the gate, and a pile of snow would get up and greet me. lol She had a husky/malamute mix. She loved it.

It’s so sad that ur neighbor doesn’t have a clue about huskies! I was blessed to have one for 15.5 yrs. and they LIVE for cold weather and snow! Samantha used to lay in the snow for hours and hours! They’re bred for it!

tell her to come drag him in from a place he loves😆. Dogs are different. My lil chihuahua can't stay in cold for any time. My large Pomeranian, 3 coats will not come in, even with me begging him. I have to go out and pick him up, then he scratches on the door to get out again.

We had an Alaskan husky, and I built him a doghouse and put straw in there for the winter, but out there in the freezing cold and in the middle of the snowstorm, he’d be outside curled up. He would not stay in that dog house. That’s just the way huskies are are!

Tell the police and the neighbor that he likes to be outside and that it doesn't seem to harm him. Say you consulted a veterinarian skilled with Siberian Huskys. They said.......I will open the door to see if he wants to come in every 30 minutes.

Get a note from your vet, that insures he can sit outside in the snow. Show this to the Police Captain. He will inform his men and the next time she calls, they will tell her she's wasting their time.

This Husky dog, as all Husky dogs, is born and bred for cold weather. They are used all over the world in extreme weather conditions as work animals. Get him documented and use that documentation to sue the uterus out of Karen and feed that beautiful Husky some expensive beef from the proceeds for the rest of its life!👍👍👍👍👍😆😆😆

Do they have any idea what huskies are built and bred for? Huskies and men and women in what's left of the great white North like Canada and Alaska have been used most exclusively for running snow sleds from one community to another. Your only other choice is by air in the winter usually. But these dogs have huddled up with their owner and trainer on long runs between communities and survived because their coat and under coat are so thick to trap in heat.
