why is no one talking about how he half assed it. That stuffs not for heavy traffic issues and you dont just dump it in a water and gravel filled hole. Thats like putting duct tape on sand and then trying to use it.

For those who are slow, this is in Mexico. He goes wherever hes requested. The Cities he's in don't mind. He's well known for helping better the roads. He has those who work.on the roads even stop and thank him for the help. Yes he does sweep out the water as much as he possibly can. Most of the potholes he fills are craters so he does as much as he can with the equipment that fits in his truck. He'll even takes away the trash and tires the people leave to block people from driving into the craters.
