I agree with the judge 100% with guys are ruthless. She seems like a very nice lady and she’s paying on time. He don’t get that very often. I think landlords that get paid on time should keep their mouth shut. Be careful what you wish for the next tenant could be a Dirtbag there are a lot of them out there

I see both sides to this. He complained that he has a problem with her ethnicity, that he can't understand her when she speaks. That's baloney. Her accent is very slight and her English is excellent. In the landlord's favor, how is a person allowed into a condominium over the phone with no job, no documentation. That is wrong. She could be a drug dealer or a prostitute even though she doesn't look like it. A condo should require proof of income on paper.
