My house was hit by a car. While I was sitting in the living room rocking my baby daughter. In McIntyre, PA. It was early morning, and there had been an ice storm. A lady took a curve and slid into our living room. While 2 other daughters were upstairs sleeping. It was honestly the most horrifying experience I have ever had. Who gets hit by a car instead of their home? I did. Sirens and flashing lights everywhere. I still had the baby in my lap and her bottle in our lap. For months, I walked around in a daze. My husband immediately got taken out of his work by the State Police 🚔 and they immediately got him to the hospital 🏥.
