that's the way it should have been all along if the party is paying for the support the party gets the deduction

should have been like this a long time ago. most people who pay C/S.. don't pay no 50$ a month, they pay like 800+. should be that if you are paying, the other parent cannot keep them away and visitation is a regular thing.. whether it be supervised or not... if you can't see the child cause you have an immature baby mama.. $$ goes into trust for the child; for when they turn 18. Then the money will truly help the child. That entire system is designed to keep a man (or woman) struggling ..maybe with the extra tax funds it will give the payer a little break. there should also be something.. if a woman chooses to have a child by acts of deceit and dishonesty then that woman should be fully responsible for the child.. so many tricking to get pg lying about birth control.. "trapping" a man for 18 yrs . that's BS.. women can be so evil .. holding a child over someone like that isn't by the greater good. 🙄 reevaluate that entire twisted department in all states please! 🧐
