Guards just stand there in the corner with extra plates in case a inmate gets bullied out of theirs. Prisons have Folding chairs in case someone wants to use one as a weapon. Correctional officers care about the quality of your food so they usually give prisoners full access to a microwave. which state pen is this? must be Canada.
