I would say that they’ve been chasing that car for a while however it looks like that car went to some changes in the process of getting away I would say and guess that he possibly or see whoever the driver is might’ve gotten shot in the process of getting away or alluding the police And might have passed out or was incapable of controlling the vehicle and ran into that building.
